Refund Policy
The Aesthetics Nurse NI
At The Aesthetics Nurse NI, we are committed to providing the highest standard of aesthetic treatments with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. To ensure smooth and effective scheduling, we have implemented the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to attend the appointment.

The deposit amount is applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your deposit to a new appointment date once, as long as we receive at least 48 hours’ notice.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

A new deposit will be required for any future bookings if you cancel or miss an appointment without proper notice.

3. Refunds for Treatments

Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.

If you experience a reaction or complication, please contact us immediately to arrange a follow-up consultation to address and resolve any concerns.

4. Package Treatments

For treatment packages paid in advance, individual session refunds are not available if the package is partially used.

Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once the first treatment is administered.

5. Product Purchases

Refunds or exchanges for skincare or retail products may be offered if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
