2. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the treatment.

The deposit amount varies depending on the treatment selected and will be specified during the booking process.

By making a deposit, you are confirming that you agree to our cancellation policy (see section below).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you fail to attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

If you reschedule with the required notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date one time only.

4. Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a treatment has been administered, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.

If you experience any adverse reactions or complications following treatment, please contact us immediately to arrange a follow-up consultation.

Refunds for retail products may be issued if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
